About Battery Saver EcoCtl
auto-stops and resumes when network and sync are not required, saving battery life. This app uses android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS to get synchronisation account information. This information is used to set the synchronisation control target item from the [Settings for SYNC items] in the upper right menu. It is a part of functions that reduce battery use.
The information is only used to display the settings screen and save settings. It is not send or shared externally.
On Android 5.0 +, root authority is required for use [Disable 3G/LTE in screen off].
For use [Disable Wi-Fi on screen off], root authority is required on Android 10.0 and higher.

When the screen is turned off, the network (GSM/LTE, WiFi selectable) will stop automatically. Unlocking initiates an automatic restart. Even when the network is off, it is restarted on a regular basis, making it possible to receive emails and other communications. (Because network control is based on Android's security policy, it will not work on non-root Android 5.0 or later.)

In battery mode, syncing can be stopped. It will be back automatically by changing to the charge mode.
In battery mode, you can choose which items you want to stop syncing. You can, for instance, continue synchronizing only GMail while stopping all other synchronizations. 3.
EcoCtl itself uses very little battery power. ・We have confirmed receipt of mail by Gmail, K - 9 Mail. Depending on the mailer, it may not be received successfully at the timing of network return.
・The network stop function is automatically disabled during tethering.

In sleep mode, disable 3G/LTE with DATA_NW_CHECK. Wi-Fi in sleep mode can be disabled using WIFI_NW_CHECK. BATTERY_NW_CHECK Keeping network connections ON while charging.
