To initiate detox automatically via Tasker or a similar tool:
– broadcast
– package: com.urbandroid. ddc
– action: com.urbandroid. ddc. START_DETOX
– time_extra: number of milliseconds
Example:

Accessibility Service
To successfully prevent access to addictive and distracting applications, the “Digital Detox” app may prompt you to turn on its Accessibility Service if you opt for the cheating prevention features.
This service is utilized solely to keep you from exiting an ongoing Detox without incurring an accountability fee or using a code to quit (the cheating). We do not use the service for gathering any personal data.

Device Admin
If permitted by the user, the “Digital Detox” app may utilize Device Administrator permissions to (and only for) deter users from cheating – making it more challenging to uninstall the app during an active Detox.
